Hello, beautiful people from across the lands. Do you know what today is? I am 30! I am 30. Oh my goodness I am 30! I am content with where my life is currently but is striving for great things. Did you read my financial goals for 2020? 30 years on this Earth and you would think I should have learned something! Welp here are some life lessons I have learned is still learning about myself.

  1. Give and receive love
  2. Don’t let the woes of this world silence your prayers, it’s your greatest weapon
  3. People may not always understand your ways and that’s OK
  4. A true leader accepts there is always room for growth
  5. Your title means nothing the impact you bring is more important
  6. Your attitude can stank sometimes freshen up ma’am!
  7. Break the statistic they said you will be
  8. Where you start is not where you will finish, don’t give up
  9. You are a good friend, there is a reason people confide in you
  10. Smiling is good for the body, do it more often
  11. Forgiveness is a word you need to learn to like
  12. Therapy is good for you, get started
  13. You do care about what others think and that’s OK it makes you human
  14. Girl if you just don’t cry and get it over with, a good ugly cry is good for the soul
  15. Not everybody is waiting on your failure, view the world in a more positive light
  16. Parenting is no easy task you’re doing the best you can, be proud
  17. You can’t save everybody but you can save somebody
  18. You’re skinny skinny that’s not going to change, just accept it girl!
  19. You don’t like being told what to do, that’s why you need to be your own boss
  20. Your words are powerful you have to do better on how you use them
  21. You got a temper sis, I’m just saying
  22. You accomplished a lot of things you put your mind to, remember that
  23. You’re a perfectionist, maybe borderline compulsive
  24. You’re an inspiration to others even when you’re not trying to be
  25. At your lowest moments, the best has come out of you
  26. You have to stay connected with God, you see what it does to you when you don’t
  27. All work and no play is not good, have more fun
  28. No, your story is not how you wanted it to be but it’s yours, accept the beauty in it
  29. A glass of wine ain’t gon hurt nobody! Stay away from tequila though
  30. Live your life like its golden!

I am so thankful and blessed to reach this age in my life. These are just one of many lessons I have learned in this thing called life. Which lesson resonated with you most?
