Hello beautiful people from across the lands! Look at me two blog post in a row (insert happy dance). As I am gearing up myself to redevelop productive habits and awesome content, I am pumped to see what consistency can bring. Instead of just asking for support I thought it be insightful to let you all know what that looks like for FREE. Often times when we hear support my business venture, we see dollar signs. Being a content creator puts you in a unique position to generate income without that direct ask for cash. Here are five ways you can support content creators without spending a dime!

1.SHARE

Sharing is caring! Yes, simply sharing a post, website, video etcetera allows content to get in front of people who we may not have ever come across without your help. The more visibility the better. This helps bring traffic to the website and possibly new followers if they enjoy what they’re viewing.

2.LIKE & COMMENT

Engagement is so vital when posting material. Content creators love to hear back from you to know your actually benefiting from the information. It also helps us create more content base off the comments and feedback you all share. Growing your audience is key when you want to pitch to sponsors for possible collaborations. They want to know people are actually listening and engaging with what you have to say. It helps makes your profile look more legit and not just a fake robotic looking one. Plus, we don’t want to feel like we’re just talking to ourselves 😂. So, go ahead and leave that like or comment if you really enjoyed it.

3.ALLOW ADS TO PLAY

Now this is geared more to creators who have YouTube channels. Even if you are not interested in the Ad allowing it to play all the way through provides a small commission to the YouTuber. The commission is greater if you actually click the Ad if it’s something of interest. As annoying as they are Ads could create a revenue stream to help build the business. Spare those 30 or so seconds, it adds up (see what I did there 😁).

4.FOLLOW/SUBSCRIBE

By following and subscribing this helps build the creators audience. Having an authentic audience can grow into something that builds community. Often times I see spaces specifically created to meet the needs of the followers (i.e Facebook groups, memberships, tribes ect.) These spaces allow you to not only connect with the content creator but each other as well where a wealth of information and support is provided. It’ll be pretty cool to get Hopeful Reality to that point.

5. LEAVE A REVIEW

Have you ever been skeptical about a purchase and read the reviews and it helped seal the deal? It’s the same thing for content creators. Leaving reviews allows new comers to get a sense on what this content is about and if its worth the time or investment. I listen to Podcast just about every day and if it’s a really good one I’ll leave a review. The reviews also help with possible sponsorship collaborations providing tangible evidence of the success or the lack there of. It also creates greater visibility, the more ratings and reviews the greater the scope of audience the content can reach.
